I read parts of it, The part I read said really that bacteria changes according to what we eat, so that particular food's components can be digested. That is basically what Bee has said. The problem we are having is that most all of us have had antibiotics to a certain extent, and that may have caused (hopefully not permanent) damage to our ability to now digest food. We can only now do our best to build the immune system and stay away from damaging foods. We may or may not be able to eat those foods again.
