HI Penny:

I think there is on basic underlying problem with your body. That is your

immune system. Your immune system is not strong enough to handle all those

food allergies for example. So those shots you can¹t afford to take don¹t

really address the underlying problem which is the immune system.

Your immune system is affected by stress. Its also seriously affected by

sugar!!! Your husband¹s MS could cause you stress, which is no reason to

blame him for anything, but it is a reason to take better care of you. By

not eating sugar. You husband will end up with diabetes but he is angry and

probably will not listen to you. Because you are the wife. LOL as am I.

we usually do not listen to our spouses as well as to someone else ay?

Also, arthritis, osteoprosis are all made worse by sugar. When you gain

weight you also affect your immune system because fat holds toxins, and puts

stress on your joints.

You said when you quit sugar you lost weight and felt better. That right

there is a clue. If I eat sugar I can guarantee you I become a couch

potato. I cannot live my life if I eat sugar.

So, if you can find yourself a food plan that you can agree with and stick

that raises your immune system because it is full of healthy food, and if

you can find a supplement that is for the immune system you would be doing

yourself a good favor.

Bees diet is on the web and its free. This is a good diet for everybody

because the food is on the grocery shelves.

I hope this site helps you. Let us know how you get along ok?

Hi Penny,

The other posters about Bee's diet should be helpful. if you seem to have a

problem with a good nutural food like eggs, or coconut oil, Bee says just start

with very small amounts, and build yourself up to them. Even allergy doctors say

in many cases to do that. Those shots put down your immune system, but Bee;s

diet will build it up. You just have to go slow. If you join Bee's group, she

will send you the link to read first. She has a good article on allergies.

Stress and being around sugar foods, makes it harder, but not immpossible. You

will progress so when you do have something, you will not binge, and will have

more times when you will be seeing those foods, and be able to resist them. Hope

this helps.
