Hi Jim.. hope your feeling well today. As we all know, any time your on

the internet there is always someone that will pick up on what is being

discussed. I feel this discussion is an important part of having this

disease...

As you know, the BB's are there for questions and answers and very

little chatting goes back and forth. A discussion like this is very

good for one another to talk these things out.... to talk about what

bothers them and get answers from others. If they were to write

privately then none of us would be able to help or, for some individuals

on this list, find out that they are not the only one having these very

same feelings or problems. We're all here to share our problems and

this is just part of it.

Take care,

Vicki-pm

I have read nothing from anyone that would fall under

the " need to be kept private " category. I agree with

that everything has been dealt with

" tastefully " . As we have all come to care about each

other, it is important to be able to share our

difficulties as well as our victories. I do not have

a chronic illness but I can still very much relate to

the constant struggle against the clock. Kids,

husbands, trying to find quality time for the kids,

for your husband, fitting in alone time with our

spouses, housework, laundry, getting one on one time

with each child, Dr's appts and so on. It can be very

taxing, I can only imagine, even more so with an

illness. Jim brought up a good cautionary note, but I

haven't read anything so far that is going over the

line. I appreciate you ladies sharing your

frustrations and struggles. It just shows how much we

all have in common. I hope and Fern are having

better days today and hopefully a great weekend.

Fern, I have never been on steroids but I remember

when went through prendisone dosage changes.

His personality and behavior was all over the place.

He was weepy and then angry and then tired and then

nauseas....We are coming up on a Rx dosage change

again in about a month. Fern, you need to remember to

be easy on yourself and remember that this state of

mind is not you, it is the medicine change and it WILL

pass. You will start to feel like your ownself in no

time. I have no advice for the teenage problems!!! I

am just reading and taking notes as I know my time is

coming!

Hugs,

Cari
