Guest guest
Well, it's done. 1 blocked vessel, doesn't require surgery. She'll be using nitro. Very good news. I'm exhausted. Up at 5 to take her to Charlotte, there 30 minutes early for a 9:30 appointment, they didn't take her back until 4:00pm. She had nothing to eat or drink since the day before, and I kept remingding them she was a diabetic. They did labs at 9:30, and at 12 they said " Your blood sugar is 70, we're going to give you some dextrose in an IV " I said " No, her blood sugar was 70 @ 9:30 this morning, wouldn't you like to see what it is now? " they didn't... Got home last night @ 11:30, and I'm thankful for everyone's prayers and kind words. As diabetics, I wish health care providers would listen a little better! We tend to be pretty in tune to our conditions (usually).
