Nan ~

I am glad your tests came out with no cancer, that is wonderful. Your body is containing the silicone floating around in you, that is good. I have had alot of those removed, and the more gone, the better I felt. I pray for you continued and complete healing ! !

Nan,

You do sound well. When I first found this board you were pretty

sick and I prayed for you a lot. I must admit that many of your

posts scared me and I questioned explanting if I was still going to

feel bad. Thank you for posting, the good and the bad, this really

helps me! I pray for many many more good days for you!!

Dear Nan, Great news about your pathology report!! I also have a painful lump that I am in the process of investigating.... It amazes me that silicone can be lodged in our lymph nodes and other places in our bodies and yet they can still tell us that it is inert and doesn't break down- HA!! Frightening that it travels... I am so glad you got that node out and it will no longer worry you. Try and keep that good feeling going Nan! katy:)nnnttwilliams <nnnttwilliams@...> wrote: and negative for cancer, yeah! was not too worried though because the lumps were painful and I think with cancer they are not. Still good to get through that. Dr Kolb said clogged with silicone, just what to expect I guess (even though I had saline). She said that comes back a lot that way. Unfort, I am having some discomfort in the other breast that feels similar to the right one, but I am going to give it some time to see if it calms down. I guess there is still stuff in there floating around, it might just work its way through. If not I will just get it out too. Feel pretty good again today so that is hopeful. Got out a bit and did not even sleep. Just thought I'd let you all know since this seems to be the best support system, I have told two friends but it is all over everyones heads. And I have pretty much dropped off the planet

the last year so I don't have many friends anyway! I am going to go back for a follow up in about a month. Love to all, Nan

Yes I thought I remember you telling me that. I need to follow up wit

the dr to make sure I don't get more. I have a bad feeling in my left

one now, but it could just be a lot trying to get through so I am

waiting. Did you know for sure you had each one or did the dr point

it out. I could feel both of my spots, one was really bad. Nan

Lynn, I have at times worried about scaring women with posting bad

stuff and many times I won't write if I am bad. But I believe that

if I had not done the explant I was headed for death. My body was

fighting those off from the second I got them. I am now thinking

when I am better I am going to see if there is a need for a support

group for women in my area for this. Thanks for your post, Love Nan
