Guest guest
You can lose weight for a while then hit a stand still that lasts for months before body makes adjustments and is willing to relinquish any more fat!! Hang in when that happens, stay on diet/food choices and sooner or later more will start dropping off. Never give up, it will change sooner or later. Hard to eat small amounts and scales remain the same but don't give in to temptation and start eating more. A slow loss is better, it will stay off and during this time you make a lifestyle change rather than being on a diet and then back to old eating habits. Lifestyle change is for life! Guest guest
Hi , I was going to show the dead mouse but it's already been posted on Facebook by someone. I am pretty careful what I buy. For instance I bought a whole package of 'healthy' foods including crackers etc. Well the crackers I got were full of MSG. No way was I going to eat them. I'm allergic to that. These products were supposed to be good for all. I can make my own crackers actually and don't need msg in them. Mine are superior to the bought variety. I get diarrhea if I eat anything with MSG in it. Does anyone else on your list have that problem? Cheers,
Guest guest
With msg and wheat - I get a rapid negative mood change - way cranky and irritable and of course GI dumping etc. I had glass in my foot and so now that it's gone I can actually stand in my tiny kitchen so I can cook now. I haven't listened to or read the McKenna I can make you thin book as yet - I'm trying to do my at -home work. I have to read labels - I have books and resources about gluten-free foods and cooking. Sometimes just keeping up with avoiding symptoms from the disorders is more than I have time to deal with daily.
