Guest guest
Hi, Please tell me something, that is how I feel, my poor boyfriend thinks im so mean, i hurt all the time with fibro and then i have other issues.. I have two buldging discs in neck with same or close to same symptoms... my legs and feet hurt so bad.. dont know what to do next... I cry and he thinks im nuts.. sometimes i feel i could live alone and be happier am i nuts or what?   fibro is a horrible thing to have and im only 56... thanks for any encouragments you have for me, please pray for me... i have been having flair ups for a while, and having fibro for about 6 years or longer.     Subject: Re: Re: goals To: fibromyalgiacured Date: Thursday, December 30, 2010, 4:47 PM  you are so right. Painting and writing helps us journal and express our self and that always reduces pain for me. I had an episode and I sat right down and journaled it. Know what I found out. When I¹m in pain I block out the light of God. Ha!! The way my thinking wants to work is what vitamin did I forget to take, what cream can I rub on my sore legs, what exercise did I do to hurt myself.....the same old hamster wheel of thinking. Well as I journaled I realized that I was seeing the body as in chare of me, and that God is really in charge of me. Instead of looking to him(her) LOL, I look to vitamins?? Its ok to take anything but I need to remember God at those times too. I came out of my funk when I saw this. It brightened me right up. What is God to me? Love, courage, joy, peace and gratitude. No matter how much pain I feel I can remember to do that too and get back in touch with the light of God. Have a great day. rosemarie > > > > > > This is a fun thinker, Ann, > First..Resolution: I won't make resolutions I can't keep.
