Well, one thing snakes like are rodents, and having lived in Hanta virus-land, I can appreciate the value of a hungry snake. Guess some of the Navajo, Ute and Hopi beliefs rubbed off on me. Death by Hanta Virus is REALLY ugly. Guest guest
The most important factor in the treatment of snakebite is to determine the victim's ETA to where I am. I ain't goin' where the snake is. Snakes! Nobody asked for this but I feel that it is only fitting to add my thoughts on this topic... It is my understanding (er... PHILOSOPHY) that there are ONLY TWO TYPES OF SNAKES IN THIS WORLD! There are CHICKEN SNAKES and there are RATTLE SNAKES... And if the CHICKEN SNAKE does not have a chicken in its mouth... then as far as I am concerned, it is a RATTLESNAKE! There you have it! Plain and simple-- my snake philosophy.
