Robin, you just gave me an idea for today's eating,thanks, I get lost

sometimes. Will go cook those eggs right now and make that Jell-O.

Chicken breasts were already out of the freezer last night...lol It's

almost noon here. Thanks, and have a great day,

I was too lazy last night to beat the cream cheese into partially set jello,

so I poured strawberry-banana SF jello into two containers after it was

disolved, and dropped about 1/2 ounce of cream cheese into each. It floated

almost to the top eventually and looks rather interesting. Rather like the

filling inside a doughnut.....

Sounds good Robin. What's for breakfast?

My food for today:

Breakfast: spinach & bacon quiche

snack: bacon & crabmeat with cream cheese

Lunch: steak (I forgot to pack my salad)

snack: sf jello with cream

dinner: undecided

water: 56 oz so far. still working on it

OK......I weighed myself and I'm 223. Not as much as I thought - but

horrendous all the same! I'm sitting here at 4:16 A.M., drinking my first

glass of water with my Prempro pill and will have a cup of decaf shortly.

It will be 3 deviled egg halves and diet jello with cream cheese for lunch,

and two chicken breasts with buttered green beans for dinner. 120 oz of

water. 3 cups of coffee.

Well, one thing I know is that you can do it... I've seen it happen. It

does help that Rick is on the diet with me because he is such a supportive

person, and the fact that the kids love low carbing too (although they do

get their carbs, just not like they used to). But I know it can be done.

Do you remember AnitaB who was on this list at the beginning? She still is,

but she's in lurkdom... but anyway, she is the only one on it in her house

on Atkins and she does daycare so has tons of snacks around! And she looks

GREAT! She's got to be either at goal or close.

Here's wishing the best for you, Robin!! At least you always have me to

reassure you that it can be done.. Besides, it seemed like Mike lived with

you before you were married, he was ALWAYS there! *LOL*

Well, I don't know about , but you definitely have a partner with

ME! I'm kicking major butt now. I'm so revved and I don't want to lose this

feeling!

Actually, I used to only let Mike come over on Friday, Saturday and Monday

nights. The rest of the nights I needed my space. On Saturday night we

usually went out. BTW - I lost 3 pounds yesterday.
