I changed docs and talked the new one into increasing my Armour from 60mg to 90mg . He agreed to but on the condition may need a higher dose. Hoooookkkeddd on T3?????? Amazing! OMG!!! Guess all the world has been hooked since the beginning of time. Our babies are even MORE hooked because they need more than WE do. Hey, how about this one? The endo is hooked on T3, heheheheheh!!! I thought I'd heard it all, but there's always a better one. You've made my day. And for all this he gets paid even. After 2 months on 90mg, I was doing great considering where I had been, but there was still room for improvement. Then endo's labwork showed....... TSH .234 range 0.490 - 4.670 FT4 .91 range 0.71-1.85 FT3 2.11 range 1.45-3.48 I had told both reg doc and endo that I wanted the FT4 and FT3 in the upper range even if my TSH was completely suppressed. But both said they are worried about osteoporosis b/c of low TSH. Well, we know that's a bunch of bull!!! Then endo made me so mad when he told me the T3 was a narcotic. That people get hooked on it! { How do you draw a smiley with steam comming out of hears?} Now I'm really mad. Anyway, endodunce wants to reduce my armour back to 60mg, but said we have to reduce gradually, b/c he doesn't think I can handle a sudden reduction [guess cause I'm hooked *$%@ & $^%(* !!!!! {{{{more steam}}}}. So he said to do 60mg and 90mg on alternate days. Well, this was a month ago and although I have three bottles of 60mg at home that they dont' know about, I decided to go along with them. Now there would have to be special ones where only members of the medical profession go. I would be the head of that one, after I go to medical school and become a licensed Thyroid Surgeon (notice the caps). After all, we wouldn't need endos any more, since the thyroid hormone has been found to be a dangerous narcotic. I would be the one to remove the thyroids of all the doctors there. The only rehab with bars on the doors and windows would be the one for the medical profession. Other staffing would include those that would be certified to feed doctors through those little windows in their locked , padded cells, as they slowly go insane. Medications for those locked up would include Prozac, Valium, Vicodin, and the like. For those who gained tremendous amts of weight, counselling would be provided to admonish them on their diet and exercise programs. "Tough Love" would be one of the programs addressed to these doctors, as in "keep running and you'll lose weight---no more steak for you---here is your rabbit food---I know you've been cheating on your diet---I know you're lying to me, get back in there----no insurance? tough!---next!---our session is over with---no weight loss this month? Take it down to 600 calories----you're just trying to get attention----you're not losing weight because you're not doing anything I tell you----no ice cream for you tonight----oh you know it's just because you're angry with your wife/husband and just don't WANT to have sex with him/her----you're just getting old----you're just going through the change, it's a time of empowerment (yeh, right). Entertainment for the evening would involve an endless supply of videos from pharmaceuticals, touting the benefits of synthetic hormones and the wonderful aspects of taking antidepressants, pain killers, and tranquilizers for the rest of your life. Night night time would involve a heavily air conditioned bedroom, with nothing on the beds but a top and bottom bedsheet, no blankets. Then, up at dawn with plenty of physical work to do to really get them in shape. Contributions to the cause would gladly be accepted, as a worldwide campaign would need to be kept in force, to warn people of the dangers of thyroid hormone. Lawbreakers who tried to take T3 on the sly would face solitary confinement, until they got their stuff straight on "who's the boss", and "who are you gonna listen to, me or you"?
