ashwagandha has silicone dioxide in it

The supplement mentione has silicon dioxide, which is silica, a natural chemical compound. It is not the same as silicone.

But one can still make one's own caps-- it's cheaper and often of better quality-- just find a good source of fresh, good quality herbs, and powder them using a spice grinder, if they don't sell them already powdered. I like www.mountainroseherbs.com.
