I signed myself into a psychiatric hospital and the rest there (only 4 days) made a world of good for me. Just talking about the pain to a psychiatrist helps tremendously. The new medication I was given also helped to kill the nerve pain too. If you have done all those medications, have you tried a T.E.N.S. unit yet? I bought one and I put an electrode above and an electrode below the painful area. This method helps to move the nerve pain away from the affected area's, and BINGO, a twenty minute session really kills the nerve pain.
