I have to ask you how often to you have ERCP's done? Have you not

been feeling well and that is why they did another one after 2.5

years?

My doctor doesn't think ERCP's should be done real often but since there had been 2 times 2.5 years ago that they thought there was cancer he just wanted to go in and check. He had me take Cipro for a week prior to the scope to make sure there weren't any false positives. He apparently told (my husband) afterward that I won't need one for 3-5 years unless problems arise. That is good news for me.

Are you comfortable with Tony's doctor? I guess if my doctor was "panicked" or "in a hurry" it would put up red flags to me that maybe I needed to find a doc would take the time to do it right.
