Guest guest
Joanne, My health care provider thinks most of my physical pain and exhaustion is due to emotional pain. He's the one who got me started listening to Louise Haye and also doing a energy healing technique called " The Healing Codes " . No results there either. I did it for almost a year. Still listen to affirmations but not as intense as i did. I probably need to though. I am planning on it after I get an apartment. Right now when I listen I have to use a headset as the cd's really irritate my dad. When I get my apartment I will probably play it nonstop for awhile, just because I can. Lol I am in good spirits most of the time. I have overcome my food addictions most of the time. I don't have a problem sticking to the diet at home. In fact I don't have interest in even eating sometimes and have to make myself eat. I do enjoy my food though. There was a time when I was such an emotional mess that my food had no flavor and would go straight through me it seemed. Now I have a constipation problem most of the time. Louise Haye says that's a symptom of a problem with " letting things go " . I'm not sure what I'm holding onto if that's true. This divorce and moving in with my parents has forced me to let go of everything... my way of life, my things, my kids don't even come over to visit me where they did before the divorce. My oldest daughter has a drug addiction and I was worried about her for a long time and have even quit thinking about it most of the time and when I do it doesn't even upset me anymore. I have come to realize she is on her own path of this thing we call life and will learn her own lessons without my help and probably quicker without my interference... with the exception of prayer. As I stated before I have food addictions, but I have overcome them. The only reason I bought the two muffins last weekend was I was angry with the fact that everything seems to be at a standstill in my life right now and I temporarily quit caring about myself. So I indulged and I'm quite alright again. My diet normally consists of meat, veggies (no starchy vegs), nuts, butter, eggs, coconut oil, flaxseed, and sometimes a protein shake for breakfast. I do have a 1/2 c of blueberries in my protein shake and am not sure if this will prevent the candida from healing. Otherwise, I think I am doing good. (I also lost a lot of weight...204 to 118) You mentioned a family break up and your husband having a brain hemhorage. Did he survive? I don't know if you want to share or not, but was just wondering. It sounds really bad and stressful for you. More later. Hugs, H
