HI :

Nice to hear from you. I am going to try the apple cider vinegar again.

Does it ever bother your stomach? How do you take it?

Well done on all your teaching. Wow. That was really a load of work but

you pulled it off. You should be so proud of yourself. And not only that,

you helped so many people at your job by teaching them valuable lessons.

How rewarding.

Here is a website that I found that is good for all of us. It describes

many of the complexities of fibros with various places that have solutions

and different causes and testimonials. It is really well written. Easy to

read, not complex, very straight forward and clear.

Have a great day and everyone else.

Sincerely,rosemarie

This is great to hear, .

Someone asked about taking ACV.. This is what Bee Wilder has to say about

it:

" Do not consume any commercial vinegars or foods that contain vinegar. Some

candida sufferers do okay having unpasteurized, unfiltered apple cider

vinegar, i.e. Bragg's or Eden's. "

Hello, ,

You are absolutely right. I use Braggs Mother Apple Cider Vinegar. It does so

well, my husband now uses it, lol.

I truly believe in the Acupuncture treatments though. This has helped get rid of

much pain.

Hope you are doing well today.

Sincerely,
