Bi-mix injections

When the dr. injected him in his office, it worked fine. He then sent us home with a pre-filled syringe, and a prescription for 6 more.

The first time at home I gave him the injection, and he said that the pain was less than at the dr. office but then afterwards it hurt for several days. Plus, it didn't seem to be as 'stiff' as in the office. (But, then again, we didn't get to try it out in his office.)

Last night we tried it again, and the pain from the injection was pretty bad. The pain subsided but then so did the mood. :0(

He's suppose to go back for a follow-up visit with the ED Urologist, but I'm wondering if we should give it at least a couple more tries before returning. Also, would we be better off not buying the pre-filled syringes? There's only one place that I found will fill the Rx for me, and it's $9 each. (1 cc Bi-mix)

He also gave him a Rx to try Cialis, but that's $12 per pill and since our insurance coverage on either is 0, we figured we'd stick to the injections for the time being. (Viagra didn't work at all)

Does anyone know of a pharmacy that is cheaper here in the US for Bi-mix or Viagra?

Thanks!

Shirley
