Guest guest
Just writing to try to feel connected to someone/something. My s.o. is working, and even if he were here, he has his own issues with pain and I don't want to add to his burden. Shy, I am saddened by your sorry. If you and your s.o. are close and communicate well with each other, you have a lot to share with each other. One should never feel that they are lost and alone as that I think is sometimes worse than the pain. Sadly I know that we as chronice pain patients struggle for a long time, trying to find a doctor that actually hears what we are saying. The one I have now, which I use to think of as fairly good, well we are butting heads. I need to go back to 75 mcg's every 48 hours and not every 3 days. He says because, (when I started with him I was on Duragesic 75's every 3 days) I have always had my patches changed every 3 days, he does not want to change it. Sadly I lost all my medical records from Florida, and I can not locate my old doctor down there, perhaps the DEA got him as well or maybe he retired, I will never know. But back to you Dear Shy. The group is alwyas here for you and always open. I am on yahoo messenger as well as Msn; it's peggy2176 on yahoo and peggy2176il on Msn so we will look for each other. Reach out Dear Shy and someone will grab your hand. Also talk to your s.o. and by sharing your pain with him and he with you, you will lighten your burden.
