Michigan trip--Tim R., Cindy, etc.

Our planned stay in Midland next week will be a short one, unfortunately.

We'll arrive Monday night and leave early Saturday morning. Christmas eve

and Christmas day will be nonstop " family time, " so the only possibilities

for me to meet other group members would be Thursday or Friday. I don't know

all the details of what my in-laws are planning for the week, but they're a

pretty close-knit, intense kind of family (I mean that in the kindest way,

of course). We haven't been there for Christmas since our daughter was in

kindergarten (she graduates from high school this coming May), mainly

because of the unpredictability of Michigan winters, so I certainly

understand why the family is really looking forward to lots of time

together. I may need a little break by the end of the week, however.
