So, can you find this at most markets that carry more of the healthy

foods? And, would it be in the refridgerated section?

In my area, dry curd cottage cheese does come in a tub...... but, no matter

what the packaging, the real difference is that there is no added cream or

liquid. The curds look just like the ones in cottage cheese, but they are

absolutely dry. We can't use the regular cottage cheese because they add cream

or milk (with lactose still in it) to it to give it that creamy consistency.

I have to buy it at Wild Oats.....in the dairy/eggs section. The regular

supermarkets in my area don't carry it.

It's in the dairy section at my Loblaws.
