Joanne or Anyone, Re: Teitlebaum

Hi Joanne,

Yes, you know I am on Bee's protocol and nothing else right now. It does help in

so many ways. Those basics seem to work, and those things I tried in the past I

think only confused my body instead of healing it. I have not tried any of

Teitlebaum's. If someone feels they cannot stick to this diet, you may want to

try some other supplement or protocol, but basically there is no substitute for

this strict protocol (and staying in ketosis), in terms of healing. Diflucan is

not needed on this diet, so you do not have to worry about your liver. It has

not been easy for me on this, but getting easier, and have no desire to ever get

off of it.

Also though,I am trying to increase my coconut oil. I usually get 3 to close to

4 tbs a day I am getting more healing reactions, but I may need more. On Bee's

we are supposed to get 5 1/2 a day, although I am only 5 feet. I may need more

than the 3-4 a day though to get more ketones into me. I checked fitday though

and I am getting my ratios ok at 3-4. You have done so much research on the

ketogenic diet, what do you think. Thanks.
