Guest guest Posted July 16, 2008 Report Share Posted July 16, 2008 Hi Everyone I am new to the group but not new to chronic pain. I've had it a little over 10 years. I have an incomplete spinal cord injury at levels L3 through S1. The pain come from damaged nerves. I live in VA with my " boyfriend " of 13 years and our passel of furkids. I am a freelance writer and visual artist. Before being injured 10 years ago I was an executive assistant. Anyway, I wanted to thank those of you who shared their experiences with the Lidoderm patch. I am having a particularly rough summer and my doctor prescribed them to me at my request. They don't kill the pain (nothing really does) but they are helping to make it tolerable along with the other pain mgmt techniques I use and the pain pills. SO thanks!
