Guest guest
Thank you Joanne,I did observe that there is a different between doing a water enema before the coffee enema to clean the bowels and doing two daily water enemas only (no coffee enemas) during the 9-day Program to remove toxins from the large intestines, that it why I thought they should be held for some time, not as long as coffee enemas. If the water goes in and out too quickly I noticed that it does not clean the bowels properly, so I will hold the second for 6 minutes. Cariños, Paz Subject: Re: Paz Water enemas, how long? I think the reasoning is that water enemas are simply cleaning the bowel whereas coffee enemas are stimulating the liver to produce glutathoine, the later having to be held to work http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/candidasupport/message/122025 Love joanne ________________________________ To: fibromyalgiacured Sent: Sunday, 8 April 2012, 17:11 Subject: Water enemas, how long?  Hi everybody, There are two daily water enemas on the 9-day Program by Bee but I could not read anywhere how long we should hold them? I know the first one goes fast, but does anybody knows the ideal time we should hold them. Thanks in advance. Paz
