Guest guest
I wanted to know more about what nutrients were in the vegetables my daughter (and my family) is now eating. I was astounded by how much vitamin B is in mushrooms, for example. It's very enlightening. http://www.whfoods.com/foodstoc.php? Guest guest
You're absolutely right! I was just curious which ones I could give my daughter more often since I don't use supplements. I was trying to find ways to increase her vit B with food. It's also just interesting!
