Seems like sometime we never get a break. A lot of you know about my

trials and tribulations about getting a Nerve stimulation device

inplanted, along with having spine surgery when they found a big cyst

on my spine, and all the fusions, that really had nothing to do with

causing my pain to start with.

Then all other stuff you have to go through with to get the ok for the device.

The problems of getting the hardware out of my spine so they could put the Nerve

stimulation device in, the redo of putting the device in, all the stuff I went

through. for over 5 years now.

Well about 3 weeks ago it got to where I felt like my stomach was

full all the time, and a lot of the times my food would hang up.

Well dumb us , we figured taking all those pills I take every day

was the problem.

I called my primary doctor that I like so well. I was thinking he would call in

something to help.

Well it didn't work that way. The very next day, which was last Friday, I was

laying on a table asleep with a camera down my throat. Now I'm waiting to see is

that big bump is cancer or not.

The doctor was not very encourging. But I already have a appointment at the

Cancer Center next Tuesday. I've got this stuff figured out, Never start feeling

better! Because if you do something worse is going to nail you.

Ron,

I wish I didn't have to keep sending you apologies for all the crap that's

happened to you.  We all know how stressful it is to have to wait to get test

results..  Please let us know how this turns out.

When I received my autonomic disorder diagnosis last week, the cardiologist said

that it could be related to the cancer my mom came down with when she was my

age.  I have a lot of the same symptoms.  I try to live every day to the fullest

that my body will let me.   My mom's still around, too, even though she has

metastases to her liver, lung, etc.  She's my inspiration to continue living

positively.

I am sorry, though, that you're going through so much pain after the fiasco with

the nerve stimulator.  And now you have the emotional stress from a possible

cancer diagnosis.

RonPat,

I e-mailed you privately but wanted you to know you are in out thoughts

and I hope this lump can be taken care of with

small intervention and get you where you can fight the other things

going on. With chronic pain patients, it is not

enough we have chronic pain, we have to deal with the other things the

body pulls on us.

Let us know how things turn out. Bennie

Thanks ,I will let ya'll know what is going on, Now I have two major pain

hurdles to get over. One has lasted 5 years and another just getting started.

A word of warning to every one on this group If you ever get to feeling like

you're full all the time or start having troubles getting your pills down don't

blame it on the meds you take !!! You better have it seen about in a hurry.

My throat symptoms lasted every bit as long as two weeks. and the thing I have

in my throat is big! it comes on very fast.

I guess I was lucky to have a primary care doctor that is really interested in

his people. He jumped right on it! Thats one reason I believe every one should

have a regular non specialist GP family type doctor. So many things he can do

for you that the specialist cant do or just say its not their problem.
