Guest guest
Hi, I am new to the diet and have a question about yogurt substitution in recipes. My son has both colitis and autism so we are doing this diet SCD and GFCF (and beef free). There are alot of great recipes around but alot have yogurt. Has anyone found something SCD and GFCF to sub in recipes? I'd love to be able to make the donuts posted to the list but don't know what to swap. thanks in advance. Holly, maximom@... Guest guest
On Pecanbread.com, there is a recipe for nut yogurt. You could use that in the recipes, I would think. We also have a lot of other dairy free recipes on Pecanbread. Jody mom to -5.0 and -7.
