ASK DR. BARKEN brings you useful information and educational

resources. The show includes the following segments:

How to ask a question:

Once you have dialed in on the telephone, you will hear a message. At the

end of the message, or at any time during the one hour program, press 9 on the

telephone dial. You will have 45 seconds to record your question. At the

end of your recording, push the # sign. It must be done in less than

45 seconds.

Review your recorded question. To approve your recorded question,

press 1 to accept the

recording. Don't hang up. You will be automatically returned to the

program. (As long as you pushed no 1)

Your question will be played sometime during the show. All the listeners

will hear your question and the answer. Dr. Barken may invite you to chat

on Live Mode and ask a follow up question.

If you posted your question prior to the show and want to chat with Dr.

Barken live during the program, please push the number 9 on your dial

tone and just

record your name, then #, then 1. (the same steps you took when you left

your question)

can leave your question anytime! Once you have dialed in, you will hear a
