Recipes on Pecanbread.com - anyone try ice cream?

I'm still researching this diet for my 3 1/2 year old ASD son, but

I've spent some time this morning looking at the recipes on

pecanbread.com and I'm really impressed! I'm pleased to see many

that can be made with no special ingredients. That's been a big

turn off for me with the GFCF diet, which Luke has been on for 7

months. I have to buy goofy stuff and then still things don't turn

out right or he won't eat them. These recipes look tasty, easy,

inexpensive, and virtually fail proof.

Has anyone tried the ice cream recipe? Luke doesn't eat

strawberries so I would leave those out, but I'd like to hear if

anyone has tried if and if they like it.
