Guest guest
Hello! My son continues to thrive on SCD and its only been 10 days or so. His stools are firming up but they are very dark and somewhat greenish. Early on I had a few really bright green ones! I'm hoping this is an indication of die off. I've read that stringy stools indicate yeast die off so would this be bacterial? Tests show he has yeast and bacterial issues. Thanks for any input. Guest guest
Hi, I've read many, many reports about weird coloured poop for the first month or so. We had bright yellow. Some people have orange, or green. Elaine has mentioned something about bile salts, but basically she says not to worry, it means the population of the gut is changing, and that's a good thing.
