I just had a .jpg type picture file of me (scanned from a photo) and

just clicked on " add file " and Netscape uploaded it for me. It

displays it too. I imagine the same thing is available with

Microsoft's Explorer, but I didn't use that.

OK, I've tried it with Netscape and Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

Type in /group/PLS-FRIENDS in your browser.

When you get there you may have to " subscribe " if eGroups doesn't

recognize you (it's free, go ahead). Then click on " files " on the

left and then " PLS shared files. " Then click on the filename you wish

to read/view.

After you send your browser to

/group/PLS-FRIENDS you will see the eGroups

banner across the top, then a picture of a little house under which

is Main Page, Messages, Post, *Files*, Calendar, Polls, etc...

Any editor will work, just save it as a plain text file. Upload the

saved file.
