I have been right at 132-133 since beginning of July. I stay on diet,

but am not losing.

How much more do you have to lose ? Atkins does say that things slow

down as you get closer to goal. How many carbs a day are you eating? You

might want to play with the numbers a little (if under 20 a day, try going

to 30 or 40 over a few weeks). Another thought is that as you reach goal

sometimes total calories can have an impact and you have to rejig things a

bit.

A food diary might be a good start so that you can figure out what levels

you are at and what some options might be.
