Guest guest
I went to my PCP today with tons of questions about the surgery. I really trust him and wanted his input on the surgery. He is in full support of the ENT surgeon. He also said that this doctor does lots of thyroid surgeries. Which backs up what the ENT told me himself. He also answered some questions that I had about the Hashimoto's and keeping part of my thyroid. I had a long day and can't remember exactly what he said. I believe it was my T3 that he said was in the low normal range now. But that my T4 was in the higher range. (Or vice versa) He said that the one that was higher could be being produced by the nodules and it is ahhhh I can't think of how he explained it right now. It has been a very long tiring day. My baby graduated from kindergarten, another child had a poetry reading. And now that same child has a fever. Anyway, back to what I was saying. Basically he was telling me that once the nodule is removed that it may make the thyroid more able to be treated. Something about the nodule throwing off the T4. I will have to have him write it down on my next visit so that I can better explain it. I am usually pretty good with medical terms as I am finishing my RN but lately I have been having a lot of brain farts. So all in all, I had a reassurring visit. I wish that I didn't have to wait so long for the surgery.
Guest guest
I am plad your visit went well. Mine didn't go as well. He was glad that I lost 14 pounds as I am 100 pounds overweight. But I have been fighting sinus problems. He says I have a severe infection. So I have been hanging out in bed lately because I have infection funning out of my eyes, nose and coughing it up. Any prayer warriors out there? I would appreciate a few prayers for strength I feel like a miserable puppy. Topper can you change my daily to a digest please. I can't see too well at the moment. Thanks Robinjerseygirl0329@... wrote: I went to my PCP today with tons of questions about the surgery. I really trust him and wanted his input on the surgery.
