Just to let everyone know, Cyndi has finished merging a lot of info on people who wanted registration forms for the 1st Annual RSD/CRPS Society Symposium in town PA, Aug 9-11, 2002, and we are stuffing the envelopes tomorrow morning. For those on the east coast, you should have your sby Saturday and those on the west coast no later then Tuesday. Thanks for your patience!
