I was so exited about the bread recipe that was posted here, that i went

out today and bought myself a Breadman plus Bread machine...

I got it at Gottschalks on Clarence for $87.00 taxes and all, It was

originally $149.00 So i was happy about the price also...

It makes 1 1/2--- 2---and 2 1/2 pound loaves...

So i run by the HFS and spend $30.00 on the ingredients for the bread...

I think what i bought should make at least 15 loafs or more...

Run home and put everything into the machine like the recipe said..

Well stupid me didn't read all the instructions first...

So i didn't put the right settings on the machine for the wheat bread...

Then i hit start before i realized it...

Well there is no turning it off and no resetting it... It has to finish

the sickle...

Well needless to say it only let it rise one time...

So my loaf of bread came out looking like a big twisted turd.

But it tasted GREAT anyway.

Now i need to know from whoever posted it...

Is this recipe for a 1-1 1/2- 2- 2 1/2 pound loaf?????

I need to know which setting to use for it...

I plan on making this a big part of my WOE...

Even the kids and the hubby liked it...

And it was so close to the real thing that i couldn't believe it...

Thank you who ever posted it...

Carol
