So I've been doing a good thing in taking swimming everyday in

the summer as she is in the sun all day? I do use sunscreen on her to keep

her from burning.

I have been doing this every summer of her life.

We live in the southern half of WY

Carey in WY,

mom to 14 yo, HFA, Seizures, mild MR; SCD 12 weeks

getting only Thropp's UltraZyme Plus

no. you really have to read what is being said. its sun with enough

290-305nm that is needed.

depending where you are in wyoming that may vary from a few days to a

few weeks around the summer solstice at solar noon.

i hope the pool is not chlorinated as that is a major skin cancer and

biochemical stress. sunscreens by and large are basically

carcinogenic.

it is better to go for whole body exposure in high 290-305nm and

cover up the rest of the time.
