I have not bought any food prep stuff from them, but have bought other

things and everything was GREAT.

You may want to check out their peeler. This is what the add says.

Our Best Apple Peeler

Lightning fast! Same proven design since 1878!

It's almost worth buying one just to watch it work. Add to that the fact

that it can peel over 10 apples per minute and it becomes not just

entertainment but a valuable kitchen tool. So simple to use, the kids

can help with the canning. Just spike a firm apple of any shape or size

onto the holding-fork. In just five turns of the crank the apple is

peeled and automatically pushed off the fork into your bowl. Peeling

apples for that delicious apple pie was never easier. Does only one

thing - peels - and does it extremely well (won't core or slice). Made

entirely of cast iron and brass with carbon steel knife and blade.

Adjustable peeling thickness, one year limited warranty. 10 " H, clamps to

any surface up to l " thick, 6 lb. Made in Kidron, Ohio.

It's gonna cost you a $100 bucks though

I have the apple corer/slicer and that works like a charm. Does both in

one motion. Can buy those at the grocery store too.

Apple peeler/corer????

Hi... this may be off topic and if so I apologize. :)

I am having to make TONS of apple/pearsauce now due to some

allergies we just became aware of. I bought a nice apple

peeler/corer from Amazon a month ago and we cannot get the thing to

work. Now i really need one that works well to handle the volume of

cooking we are doing with applesauce.

Have any of you found a brand you like and can it be ordered online? I

have a Progressive that was well rated on Amazon but we just can't

seem to make it work properly. Probably it is us!

Thanks for any input.

Hi ,

I have the apple peeler, corer, slicer from Pampered Chef. You can find

them on line, then they will give you a local contact to order from. It was

around $50 (I think). It works great. I bought one for my daughter also.

Hope this helps. Lynda

I think I have the pampered chef one. It works great on the perfectly round

apples like the granny smith, but doesn't do so great on the kind that is more

of a narrower apple shape if that makes sense.
