Guest guest
I have read Elaine's book and she lists all foods in their natural state but I was wondering if anyone has a list of appropriate grocery foods which are approved such as brand of turkey bacon used or brand of goat's milk to buy. Any ideas would help a lot.

Guest guest
No tomato sauce is legal. In Canada and where available in the U.S., heinz is legal. If you can't find that use a brand that contains just tomatoes and salt. Simmer the juice down to make your own sauce.
