Guest guest Posted December 23, 2003 Report Share Posted December 23, 2003 cottage cheese has .13% tryptophan which is even less that other cheeses. sorry about that anyway whey appears to have the highest tryptophan at 1%, cheese next at .3 %, milk the lowest at .05%(goeats milk about the same here) i don't how relaible this page i am taking the figures from is Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
