ALTHOUGH I AM (WAS) A NURSE; I WILL BE THE FIRST TO ADMIT THAT I DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING. IF I DID THEN I WOULD BE GOD. HOPING THAT SOMEONE CAN TELL ME IF THEY HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM: OK I WOKE UP DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY AND FOUND THAT MY ANKLES ARE SWOLLEN. NOW MY STOMACH AND FACE ARE ALSO SWOLLEN. FOR ABOUT A WEEK OR SO NOW; I HAVE CONSTANT ALL OVER ITCHING. I STAY THIRSTY AND DRINK ALOT BUT HAVE VERY LITTLE URINE OUTPUT. ANY ONE HAVE THESE PROBLEMS? HUGS, LINDA

I have not had the problem you are talking about, but I have read similar things from some of the group.

This sounds like kidney involvement. Mojo and Mukund are the two in this group that come to mind as having similar problems.

I really think you need to call your doc today or go to ER. I hope I am not directing you wrong, but I would be concerned with anything that has to do with kidneys. The kidneys can cause the swelling and the lack of output of urine, yet taking in so much water. I am not sure about the itching. What doc have you been seeing for the seizures and the stroke? Is it your rheumy? Please at least call and see what they have to say. That is what they are here for and it may keep things from getting any worse.
