Knorr Taste Maker Method Fillet the seven varieties of Fish (baby seer, sole, mullet, garoupa, large sprats, shoe, lobster, barracuda). Make a stock with the Fish heads and bones, bringing to boil and simmering for one hour, adding a bouquet garni of Cloves, Parsley sprig, Bay Leaves and Thyme.
