Wow

Isn't it wonderful to feel clean and clear in mind and body? De cluttering can

do miracles in cleaning out mind as well as the soul. On top of keeping all my

home clear, I keep my bedroom clear of all electrical devices except for two

lamps and ceiling fan...no tv, radio, or clock. It has a very calm wall color

and have put pretty throw pillows over my bed. I have a comfy chair to sit and

relax and feel pretty. Very simple, very classic...aahhhhhh, lol.

This is my reflection spot since it is next to my window. I love to read and

pray in my little corner there. Since I am often ill this is a good spot to

spend time in and smile, at least, at the pretty environment created. I

recommend this to all, it helps the healing.

I prayed for all of you today...Happy Thanksgiving.

Hi & Lovell,

I have been decluttering a very small apt., over and over down to bare bones. It

is still warm and homey but I now have nothing packed under my bed (zero-- why?

because it stays there for yrs packed), so I don't need that new scrabble game I

never used or the pilates performer still in the box. And nothing under the

dresser, (in a small apt every space is a temptation for storage of things you

won't use but just store??? Why store anything you don't use?), and nothing in

any cuboard I won't use, and everything in order. I still have to do the

computer desk drawers, the main closet again, the dresser drawers again, and

inside a credenza and then I'm done and then maintenance.

I know if I pull this or that peice of furniture out, that it will be clear and

clean under the bed or dresser, etc.

It has been a slow but sure process and ladies it's worth the effort. I gave

away expensive perfumes, brand new unused shea butter, pic frames, pics,

kitchenware, airfilter, dishes, big and small gardening pots, humming bird

feeders, (it hurt a little, but it feels so good now), anything and everything

that I wasn't using anymore or for over a yr. (From now on I am selling).

It is very calming on the nervous system. Especially important is the room I

sleep in. This room is always cleared as I go, or at least everything put away

b4 I go to bed. Actually all area I keep clear. I just need a new apt.

Love,

Jean
