I cannot handle anything passed tunafish when it comes to fish I have to eat my tuna dry ? Thank You, Sandy~ Sandy, This is what Rubins says in the Maker's Diet . . . You should be able to find plenty to eat! . . . Probably just different from what you're used to. .. Phase One . . . Meats . . . Beef, lamb, venison, goat, liver and heart (must be organic), veal, buffalo, elk and Meat bone supe/stock . . . Sandy call your local Walmart and see if they carry Buffalo (Bison) . . it's inexpensive and very good. Fish . .. (I'm just listing the common ones) wild freshwater/ocean-caught fish is best. Make sure it has fins and scales. Salmon (fresh or canned), tuna, Whitefish, cod, Halibut, tilapia, trout, smapper, herring, mackerel Poultry . . .Pastured/organic is best Chicken, turkey chicken or turkey bacon, cornish game hen, duck Eggs (high omega-3 DHA best) Chicken eggs (whole with yolk), Duck eggs Dairy Goat's milk yogurt (plain), homemade Kefir from goats milk, Soft goat's milk cheese, sheep's milk hard cheeses Fats and Oils (organic is best) Most common Oil, butter (ghee), Avocado, Cows milk butter (organic), extra virgin Cocont oil - best for cooking, Extra virgin olive oil (not best for cooking), Flaxseed oil (not for cooking Vegetables (organic fresh or frozen) Broccoli, Asparagus, cauliflower, cabbage, squash, beets, brussel sprouts, carrots, celery eggplant, garlic, okra, spinach, Peas, string beans, leafy greens, cucumber, pumpkin, onion, Leaf lettuce, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, raw fermented vegetables -lacto-fermented onloy - no vinegar. Bean and legume (soaked or fermented is best) Small amounts of fermented soybean paste (miso) as a broth, Lentils Nuts and seeds (organic raw, or soaked is best) Almonds, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, . . . all raw Condiments . Salsa, guacamole, celtic sea salt, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, Mustard, omega 3 mayonnaise, Soy sauce, raw salad dderessings, herbs and spiced, pickled ginger, Organic flavoring extracts like almond and vanilla Fruits Blueberries, Blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, grapefruit, lime, lemon, cherries Sweetners - unheated, raw honey in very small amounts (1 tablespoon per day max.) Drinks . . .Purified, nonchlorinated water . . . herbal teas, raw vegetable juices, organic coffee - grind yourself. There are quite a few other things that aren't that common . . .
