Hi,

I think bee mentions it only if you changed over too fast, and need to go back a

bit on starch. Your dad did not get into it too fast, did he? I think it will

set him back if he has any, and may never be able to handle any. I have been

without almonds for about a week, and my stomach better, but have more healing

reactions. I think it was feeding candida, that I am now getting rid of. I have

not lost weight though.
