Guest guest
Hi Lori, Guess you really have your hands full right now with moving and getting ready for surgery. It is a good thing you have a husband to help! I would be interested to know how they diagnosed RSD in your esophagus as I have had a similar problem with my throat for almost 2 years now. My voice is very raspy and at times barely audible. I have mentioned this problem with my throat before but my doctors still have not given me any inclination as to what is wrong. The last ENT I saw said he thought I was just talking differently!! Give me a break!! After 40 years you don't start just talking differently. That doesn't explain why I had a sore throat for about 6 months before I started losing my voice or the unexplained low grade fever. I think it is an underlying allergy problem but they say it isn't. Did they do a scope or take an MRI to diagnose your problem? Maybe your doctor could write a letter explaining how he diagnosed your problem and send to me to take to my doctor. I am getting ready to give depositions and go to court and it is going to be very difficult to get my story out without a voice. Any info you can share would be greatly appreciated. I hope your surgery goes well Lori and you can eat again soon. Take care, Debbie/DJ ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
