Sue-Ellen,

You poor thing, do you feel neglected and ignored? Sometimes I feel like

that too when I ask a question (rare

here) or make a comment on something (less rare).

But, that's better than getting picked on because of your

comments, huh, Rita?

Anyway, Sue-ellen, when I went to Physical Therapy.,

they gave me ham string stretches, and calf & achilles

tendon stretches. Put your hands flat up agains the wall,

feet out about 10-12 inches, then put one foot back even

further, about another 10-12 " , and stretch, then bend that

leg at the knee a little, and you will feel the achilles stretch.

Feels Sooooooooooogood, I think. To stretch the ham

strings, sit on the floor, spread your legs, and try touch

the toes, HA HA, I get just past my knees. Then, the

2nd joke is trying to get up off the floor after I have done that

stretch. That process usually gets me a kink in my back, or

charley-horse in my thigh. I really don't know what is the lesser of

the evils. Now here I go getting wordy, but try it, Sue-Ellen,

you may like those exercises. They ahve helped my cramps

at night.

Take care, Laurel

Reminds me of a joke... If God had meant us to touch our toes he would have

put them on our knees. Lavon
