Guest guest
Sue: Having met you this past winter, and reading your story, I could just picture what you went through. I knew you were a gutsy lady, and now you proved it. Your so tiny, I surprised you didn't hurt yourself you must be well padded! Enjoy your walker I do mine. Last night I attended a meeting, and got home around 10:30 (by myself). said to me, " when you pull into the parking lot, beep the horn & I will come get you " . So I parked the car, tooted the horn & waited (he was asleep). So I popped the trunk and got the walker out myself, and smiled all the way in to our apartment. He felt bad, but I was so happy to be able to do it on my own. So enjoy! Looking forward to seeing you in June. Rita
Guest guest
Sue, When I tryed out my Winnie for the first time, it was also at the Mall. My 9 yo daughter accompanied me, and sat on the seat the whole time, so that I wouldn't be embarrassed using a walker. We were quite a sight, and I'm sure got more stares since she was sitting on it, and people couldn't figure out what it was for. By the way, I have gotten 2 tickets for parking in a handicapped space and forgetting to hang my placard. They will drop the ticket if you mail in a copy of your placard. Tickets here in Texas are quite expensive. Jo Ann
Guest guest
From: Sue Jo Ann, My grandson (4 y.o) sat on my walker last time. He thought it was a blast! The looks on peoples' faces is fun. They don't know what to make of it. Take care. Sue Re: Featherweight >Sue, >When I tryed out my Winnie for the first time, it was also at the >Mall. Guest guest
Sue, I also have an electric scooter that I use sometimes. I occasionally let both my daughters (9 & 11) sit on my lap and drive. They love it, although I don't suggest it for the faint-hearted! Jo Ann
