What do most Fibromyalgia patients have in common? Muscle Tenderness, Tension,

Chronic Fatigue and Pain The source of these common complaints? Poor energy

production in muscle tissue results in fibromyalgia symptoms of Muscle

tenderness, Tension, Chronic Fatigue and Pain! ? Mitochondria are the

" powerhouses " of cells producing ATP, which furnish the energy for all muscle

work. ? Mitochondria require specific nutrients to produce adequate ATP and

create adequate cellular energy levels. ? It actually takes more ATP to relax

muscle cells than it does to contract them. ? Low cellular energy states can

leave your patient tense, sore and fatigued. Signs of Magnesium deficiency:

Fatigue, muscle tenderness, muscle cramps, irritability, weakness, mental

confusion, insomnia, predisposition to stress. ?Provides clinical levels of

specific nutrients vital to metabolizing carbohydrates, fats and proteins into

usable muscle energy, helping to reduce tenderness and

fatigue. ?Improves relaxation of muscle knots and reduces muscle pain,

especially when combined with Inflam-Rx. ?Offers support for mild mood

disorders, poor sleep habits and premenstrual emotional well-being. ?Patients

with chronic myalgias were given 300mg Magnesium with 1000mg Malic Acid, or up

to 600mg Magnesium with 2000mg Malic Acid; their dosage depended on myalgia

severity. ?Patients receiving adequate levels of Magnesium and Malic Acid had

reduced myalgias in 48 hours, 8 weeks later patients still had reduced TeP index

scores - Abraham and Flecha J Nutr Med 1992; 3:49-59 ?Biospecs Fibro-Ease gives

you a clinically effective dose in just 2 tablets (300mg Magnesium and 1000mg

Malic Acid) or 4 tablets (600mg Magnesium & 2000mg Malic Acid). ?Fibro-Ease also

contains concentrated B-Complex Vitamins; high in Vitamin B-1 (200mg) especially

beneficial for energy production, and now with 1000 IU of Vitamin D in 4

Any thoughts on these? They seem pretty great to me. They've got a lot of the

stuff I've been wanting to add.
