Ohhhhh how I know how you feel. My willpower is terrible

but I also know this is the only way for me to lose too.

But I'm determined this time I'm going to MAKE it work.

Hope you have a great day 3 and will look forward to hearing

from you :-)

Hi ,

My 2nd day has gone just fine...even survived the carb withdrawl headache. I

think I always cheated in the past just because I was being lazy and didn't

take the time or stop to think of the ramifications of my choices....I keep

gravitating to the WOE so I know it's the way for me, but I just don't have

the willpower! This time, I am very motivated and really want to succeed. I

am so sick and tired of being fat!

I really appreciate everyone being so friendly and helpful, this group is

great, the best I've found....I kind of went hog wild and joined a bunch of

groups, but this one is definitely the best....along with Annie group at

egroup ALowCarbSupport, that's a great group too, small but growing fast and

very helpful too!

I just want to let you all know I really appreciate your help and concern!

Hanging in....ready for day 3
