I remember thinking about sending you an email .. but cant remember if I did or not .. any time of the year is a good time to paper train a puppy. As small as a Pomeranian pup is, crate training and paper training should be easy. I wouldnt want to train a small pup to go outside in the snow until they have a bit of age on them and are less likely to get ill. I went through 11 different litters of pups over a two year period looking for my Gideon .. and believe me .. though I was disappointed each time I left without a puppy, the wait was worth it!!
