I think the trick to good health is SCD and probiotics along with enzymes.

I have noticed I had to increase enzymes between meals. I also take the

probitotics hour before I eat or first thing in the morning or before bed.

Made a big difference. I also think SCD is the best thing we all could be

on.

In the past I did enzymes and probiotics and didnt know about SCD and

couldn't figure out why I was still ill with digestion messing up.

Seeing changes in myself has changed me for life.I can now see that I was

missing diet as an important piece to my wellness.

All of us have a journey, thank you Elaine and all for supporting everyone

and for writing books to get the word out.
