Guest guest
Hello All, Well its been well over a month of eating the yogurt 2 tbsp/day. We saw immediate improvements just after 5 days into it. More appropriate language, more focused, but he began stimming more and having more tantrums as well. After 3 weeks we began giving him enzymes (Thropp's), perhaps it helped a bit with his tantrums, but the loopy behavior continues. Although his use language did increase, we just can't ignore this regression in behavior that definitely seems to be getting worse. He's been on the enzymes for for about a week now, but I think it is time to just stop the yogurt all together. Allow his system to clear a bit, especially since he's had a rash around his mouth. Which he constantly suffered from, prior to the starting of SCD, 9 months ago. He's had enough I think. Perhaps in month we'll try again with the enzymes and the goat yogurt with lots of honey. Can this rash around his mouth be a flare up or yeast overgrowth? Thanks, Lili mom to 4 y.o 10mo, ASD, SCD over 9months

After the episode I gave him a short round of grapefruit seed extract to clear things up. You get the probiotics without the trouble.
